A knowledge filled and exciting Learning, Teaching, Traning Activity was held from Monday the 20th of September to Friday the 23th.
Students from Slovenia and Spain were gathered for some knowledge heavy days, accompanied by classes from Denmark that attended digitally.

Gabriella Morini in charge of Food Lab at The University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo were together with her dear assistants Carol and Nahuel conducting the activities and the workshops and made the days unforgettable.
