An exciting Learning, Teaching, Traning Activity was held from Monday the 8th of November to Wednesday the 10th.
Students from all partner countries were gathered for an exciting and thrilling three couple of days.
Marie Mynderup-Bjørnshave, in charge of Taste Lab at Alchemist, were conducting the activities and the workshops.
The three days were full of learning about Alchemist, KOKUMI and fermenting.
The students also visited alternative ways to produce or utilize food, all created in Copenhagen, the urban environment.
